Return & exchange policy
At Raha Weekend, we hope you love every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer store credit for eligible returns.
Eligibility
• Items purchased in store must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
• Online orders must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
• All items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume, or alterations cannot be accepted.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. Approved returns will be issued as store credit, which can be used on any future purchase.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Scarves (for hygiene reasons)
• Any item marked as final sale
How to Return
In-Store Purchases:
Bring your item and proof of purchase to our boutique within 7 days.
Online Orders:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return. Once approved, return the item using a tracked shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
